They didn't receive my call, didn't respond to my email, didn't respond to my message. In 6 months after the move and continously raising complaints, I was called to come to their warehouse and find missing items myself. Items from other customers laying down like a garbage, I found my marble table's legs and bed frames broken into pieces and got back home with them.

I used them in early february to move me from perth w.a to sydney nsw . upon organising my storage lockup i noticed something missing so made enquiries with the person that i organised the move with and he said he would sort it out . i ring , leave messages . got 1 message back saying someone was lookin into it , but just gettin f'ed around bad ! others removalist mite cost a bit more but at least you get to keep all your stuff
- Mina Al chalabi Added July 31, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DONT USE THEM ! they have thiefs that work for them , i used them to move my gear from perth to sydney in early feb , when my stuff got to sydney - things were broken and missing . spoke to him who i had been dealing with he just f#*ked me around big time . they mite be a bit cheaper than other companys but at least you get to keep all your stuff with someone else.
